Is this zine an official product?
No, Fissures & Fortune is not affiliated with Arcane, Riot Games, or Netflix. All works are the property of their respective contributors, and unauthorized redistribution, reproduction, and use of any part of this publication is strictly prohibited.
Will other League of Legends champions be allowed?
Since this is an Arcane fanzine, we wanted the champions to be the ones that appear in the series and plot.
How will participants be compensated?
We hope to be able to send all contributors a full physical bundle of the zine inclusive of shipping costs depending on sales. Otherwise, we will be offering them the full bundle at production cost.
Will the zine be for profit or for charity?
The zine will be for charity, all profits will be donated to the "Asociación Española Contra el Cáncer"
What does "preorder" mean in the zine store?
It means that when you make the purchase you are reserving a copy of the zine before printing, this helps us calculate the number of copies we should produce.
How can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order during the pre-order period, once this period ends you will not be able to cancel or refund it. For any changes or cancellations, please email us at [email protected] before the 22nd of September.
Will it still be possible to purchase the zine after the preorder?
Once the preorder is complete, the physical version of the zine will no longer be available for purchase, but the digital edition will stay up. We will also be holding after sales once shipment of preorders has begun.
Can I buy more than one zine in the same order?
Yes, you can purchase multiple units in a single order.
When will shipments begin and how will I know when my order has been shipped?
Shipments will begin once we have received all the physical products and performed a quality check, we estimate that it will be within a period of (xx-xx) once the preorder ends, you will receive an email indicating that your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number.
If I only ordered the digital bundle, when and how will I receive my files?
All digital items will be sent once physical orders have been shipped. They will be sent to the email the order was placed with.
